After Jessie being really upset I was most grateful that:-
- she spent some time with a friend today and really enjoyed herself.
I’ve also recently stopped going to the gym after losing trust for a number of reasons, but am grateful to have today found:-
- a tai chi class on YouTube I really like. It teaches the foot placements in great detail so you can achieve the steady flow of movement, which is something we missed at the classes at the gym.
- a fitness routine on YouTube to help me gain weight.
I’m really happy about this as I’m feeling motivated again and have realised I don’t need a gym to continue on with getting fit.
